What’s up Selfians !  Let’s review the Nykaa So Matte Lipstick today. Firstly I must say, it is a pretty smart move for Nykaa to come out with their very own in house products. They are not only minting money selling other companies’ stuff but theirs as well. Now don’t get me wrong… I am all up for innovation & new varieties of products but……just sayin’.

Honestly I expected more from the Nykaa So Mate Lipstick. I bought the one called Mischievous Plum which is berry/purple colored lipstick. It is quite vampy but I bought that shade because I already had way too many pinks and reds. The packaging is a rectangular black box with a magnetic cap. On application, I expected a nice smooth finish but instead it was dry. It showed the imperfections on my lips. I had to use a lip balm JUST SO I COULD APPLY IT. It was THAT DRY. The staying power is decent but it transfers a lot. I recommending bolting your lips after application for a smoother finish.
